The PACE Scheduler is responsible for the development and process improvement of the PACE scheduling program. Works closely and communicates effectively with Transportation, Day Center, the IDT, PACE staff, and participants and their families to ensure the smooth coordination of participant and staff movement within the program. Performs a variety of administrative scheduling duties to ensure the efficient operations of the PACE Clinic.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience - Two (2) years of scheduling experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting.
Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Ability to multitask.
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Taishanese, required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taishanese. Two years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting and proficiency with electronic health records are preferred.
