We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

🩺 Responsibilities

Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the patient’s home
Monitor and assess patient condition and report changes appropriately
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate and support families and caregivers
Follow physician orders, plan of care, and agency protocols
Ensure patient safety and quality of care at all times

✅ Qualifications

Active Florida RN License
Minimum 2 Years of Pediatric Nursing Experience Preferred
Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience Preferred
Ventilator, Trach, and G-Tube Experience a Plus
Strong communication and documentation skills
Reliable transportation
