Scheurer Health Cardiac Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Exercise Physiologist to provide direct and indirect patient care.

Responsibilities

Communicate with patients/families and medical professionals
Performs assessment, interventions, and evaluations on all patients throughout their course of rehab
Develops and revises care plans as needed
Assures that all documentation of patient is informative and descriptive of care provided and patients response to treatment

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology
Experience in a Cardiac unit or equivalent
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card
All licenses and certifications must remain current
