Certified Nursing Assistant

The Certified Nurse Assistant/Nurse Aides is a multi-skilled caregiver who functions under the direction of the professional Charge Nurse. Providing care in a holistic manner that is safe, and age-appropriate care to the resident by performing basic resident care functions (i.e., ADLs, ambulation, vital signs, approved technical procedures) and performing other duties deemed necessary to ensure the delivery of preferred care.
Provide quality resident care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing.
Preparing patient room with necessary items.
Monitoring vitals and patient behavior.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy, and compassion.
Effective communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Comfortable working with specific population of patients, including elderly patients.
Current Nurse Assistant/Nurse Aides license appropriate for the state in which the Business Unit is located and able to obtain licensure in other states, as required by state law or contract.
Must have received the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for employment.
