Job Description

Southern Alliance Radiology (SOAR) is a subspecialty-focused, physician-led radiology group serving the Piedmont health system in Columbus, Georgia. We are seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist to join our established and growing IR program. This is a true IR-forward opportunity offering procedural depth, defined partnership clarity, and a sustainable lifestyle that is increasingly difficult to find in today’s IR market. 75% IR / 25% Diagnostic No Diagnostic Call Required IR + Stroke Call with Stipends Call Shared Equitably Among IRs 12 Weeks PTO 1-Year Partnership Track Willing to Train for Stroke Thrombectomy H-1B Visa Sponsorship Available The Opportunity Broad and complex IR case mix including: TIPS Hepatobiliary procedures Interventional oncology Thrombectomies PAD is not currently part of the practice Strong institutional support and commitment to IR growth Stroke call included with stipend; training provided for the right candidate Opportunity to help influence and grow the IR program within the Piedmont system This opportunity is ideal if you’re looking for: A predominantly IR-focused practice Equitable and predictable call structure Clear and timely partnership Mentorship from fellowship-trained IR colleagues A sustainable lifestyle while building long-term earning potential Fellows and residents are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

Interventional Radiology Fellowship or IR/DR pathway Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or AOBR) Eligible for Georgia medical licensure CAQ preferred but not required U.S. graduates and H-1B visa candidates are welcome to apply

  • COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $500,000-$750,000.
  • Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc.
  • This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Candidates must have completed an Interventional Radiology fellowship or IR/DR pathway and be board eligible or board certified. Applicants must be eligible for Georgia medical licensure and are expected to participate in stroke call.
