Garden State Veterinary Specialists (GSVS) Eatontown is a multi-specialty referral hospital that has provided 24/7 emergency veterinary care to the tri-state area for over thirty years. Our team includes board-certified specialists from all of the major disciplines, specially trained emergency service and a highly skilled support staff that prioritizes patient care, collaboration and professional growth. - About You
- At least one (1) year experience as a veterinary technician
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, positive, honest, and committed to providing excellent care
- Anesthesia, sedation and procedures
- Setting up CRIs and performing medical calculations
- Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy
- Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate care
- Collecting diagnostic samples and maintaining records
- Radiology positioning and safety
- Preparing blood/plasma transfusions
Compensation & Schedule • Pay
- $23/hr - $34/hr + Overnight differential
- Sign-on
- Bonus: $2,000 for Full-Time Veterinary Technicians and $6,000 for Credentialed Veterinary Technicians
- Access earned wages before payday with DailyPay
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4PM – 12:30AM
