Pre-licensed Therapist As a Pre-licensed Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting youth and families who experience challenges with their cognitive and behavioral health. By providing hands-on, intensive individual and family therapy, you’ll help strengthen and preserve family bonds while equipping clients with the tools, education, guidance and resources they need to heal and thrive. And you won’t be doing it alone—you’ll have a caring team and regular support and supervision to help you make a real difference.
Perks of this role: $25/hour for billable services rendered weekdays after 5 PM or on weekends Additional $1/hour for surpassing base client services goals
Licensure supervision provided
Training in evidence-based practices: TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT Employee status with full insurance benefits (not a contracted role) Flexible hours and work environment. Student Loan Forgiveness site (site approval does not guarantee individual approval).
What we’re looking for: A Graduate degree in Social Work or Counseling Working toward registration with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado Licensed professionals (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) are also encouraged to apply, as Clarvida is seeking both pre-licensed and licensed clinical therapists
