Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the Certified Nursing Assistant delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.

Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment) Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
