Our agency is looking for a full-time Patient Care Assistant to work day shift. Our day shift PCAs work 7:00am – 7:30pm and work rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

Collect data that contributes to the assessment and evaluation of individualized care and needs of assigned patients. Provide direct care (taking vital signs, transporting to other departments) to patients according to Meridian policy and procedures. Perform clerical duties such as answering phones and order entry as needed. Prioritize and execute assigned tasks in a timely efficient manner. Help maintain department operations by stocking, handling linens, cleaning equipment and transporting patients. Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients, and other staff members.

Requirements: HS Diploma Valid driver's license and good driving record Knowledge of chemical dependency preferred
