Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Washington State NP license with prescriptive authority, including DEA licensure as required by the State. BLS, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation certification, provided by INBH
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in primary care or urgent care preferred.
