The framework is comprised of ten competencies (half People-Focused, half Performance-Focused) and are defined by observable and measurable skills and behaviors that contribute to workplace effectiveness and career success. Market context
CT technologists are in steady demand in Massachusetts across hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, and specialty practices, especially for candidates who can work independently and support fast-paced diagnostic workflows. This role is competitive because employers typically look for formal radiologic technology training, current MRST/AART certification, and a Massachusetts license, with a CT license preferred; reviewing the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here can save time by condensing the original posting. Before applying, confirm your licensure status and highlight any CT-specific experience or cross-training in your resume.
