    Market context

Observation RN demand remains steady in Virginia

Virginia employers commonly seek Observation Unit RNs with acute care experience, current BLS, and an active Virginia RN license or eNLC privilege. These roles can be competitive because hospitals often prefer BSN-prepared nurses or ADN nurses committed to completing the BSN, and candidates with strong assessment, telemetry, and discharge-planning skills tend to stand out.
