What You Bring
- Technician experience
- Knowledge of emergency veterinary medicine
- Triage, ICU and/or outpatient experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, delegate and oversee daily work flow
- Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
- Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
