Job Description

To provide pharmaceutical services to staff to include preparation of medications to be dispensed, maintaining inventory and a variety of administrative and operational functions as a member of the pharmacy team. Our pasadena location is looking for a part time pharmacy tech to join our team!

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes the appropriate technique to prepare medications to be dispensed for patient administration
• Performs a variety of activities/Services to maintain an adequate inventory of pharmacy supplies and medications both in the pharmacy and in the patient care areas
• Performs a variety of administrative and operational functions in support of the pharmaceutical services department

Required qualifications

• current california pharmacy technician license

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience

The pay rate for this position is $26.27 - $37.08/hour.

Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
