Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program. As a Program Secretary for our IDD Program with Chartiers Center, you would be responsible for providing administrative support to a Day Program offering services to adults with intellectual disabilities.
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Good business acumen - the ability to coordinate and manage tasks for the Program Director Organized with good time management skills Able to work well independently w/ little supervision Good communication and customer service skills Shows tact, discretion and diplomacy Show willingness to learn new tasks as needed High School diploma/GED and 4 years’ experience OR Diploma from Accredited Secretarial/Business School and 2 years’ experience and computer skills Experience with an electronic health record is a plus!
