What You'll Do Perform comprehensive chiropractic examinations and re-examinations Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and rehabilitation Manage personal injury, insurance, and workers' compensation patients Maintain accurate, timely, and legally defensible documentation Prepare narrative reports and communicate with attorneys and insurance representatives as needed Collaborate closely with medical providers, functional medicine practitioners, and rehabilitation staff Help create an exceptional patient experience from initial consultation What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate: Enjoys caring for a high volume of patients Takes ownership of patient outcomes Builds strong relationships with patients and referral sources Produces accurate documentation Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment Communicates professionally with attorneys, case managers, and insurers Contributes positively to our team culture Wants to grow with an expanding organization
