Mammography Technologist-PN
Perform digital screening mammography imaging independently while adhering to hospital policies and radiation safety standards. Maintain accurate breast positioning, exposure techniques, and perform necessary quality control testing on equipment.
Minimum Education: Associates Degree or Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology Minimum Years of Experience: None. Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional): None. Required Certifications/Licensure: Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Mammography (Must have and maintain current biennium ARRT continuing education credits); Must have received/applied for South Carolina state license with SCRQSA; Must possess and maintain current CPR certification. Required Training: Must have personal computer skills and be able to perform required functions in current hospital computer system and PACS Essential Functions
