Position Summary

The Medical Assistant will perform routine clinical and administrative duties in support of the assigned area or office. In addition to the following:

Under the supervision of a physician or nurse, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be a graduate of an accredited medical assistant program. Required certifications include CCMA, CMA, or RMA, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
