  • Category: ClinicianChild Clinician WCMHS is seeking a Child Clinician to become part of a collaborative outpatient team committed to enhancing the mental health and well-being of individuals across Washington County. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based clinical support to children and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary partners, including case management staff, to deliver coordinated care that fosters stability, resilience, and long-term growth. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact in the community while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Summary of Duties Assess, diagnose, and treat children with a wide range of mental health concerns Develop and implement personalized intervention plans. Conduct assessments to identify students’ behavioral and emotional needs. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive and integrated services Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Compensation and Benefits WCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and a generous paid time off package including flexible holidays and 12 vacation days in year one. The starting pay range for this position is $26.50 - $27.58 per hour QualificationsSummary of Qualifications Master’s degree and be license eligible One year of experience providing therapy support and clinical services to children Experience in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and group therapy is preferred Clean driving record and access to safe, reliable, and insured vehicle The ability to deliver services and complete treatment notes in English Workplace Condition This work is performed in an often face-paced office setting. There are times when it is necessary to travel for meetings with outside entities and trainings. Requirements
