Position: Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) Status: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt Location: Eastlake, OH Reports to: Dental Operations Manager (DOM) Why You’ll Love It Here $30-$36/hr guaranteed base pay + daily bonuses Fill In Welcome Bonus (for 5 day work week) No drama, no stress — just a team that’s got your back Modern clinics with the tools and tech you need Opportunities to grow, learn, and shine Work-life balance that respects your time What You’ll Do Assist Dentists, Dental Therapists, and Hygienists during procedures Sterilize and set up operatories between patients Take and process dental x-rays Document treatment plans and patient notes accurately Apply sealants, fluoride, and other preventive treatments Support with impressions, temp crowns, and lab prep Educate patients on postop care Keep our workspace safe, clean, and HIPAA-compliant Be an all-around awesome teammate!
What You Bring OH Dental Assistant License + graduation from accredited DA program Complete approved EFDA procedures validated through the Ohio Dental Board, including placement of amalgam, composite restorations, stainless steel crowns, and space maintainers CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and software Detail-oriented, reliable, and great under pressure Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Oromo, or Hmong?

Schedule Monday – Friday | 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM.
Includes 1-hour lunch break at 1:00 PM
