Qualifications: Required:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (1+ years)

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in the state of Michigan (MI)

Overview

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventions
• Design, execute, and monitor behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs
• Oversee implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other staff
• Provide training, design behavioral systems, and manage performance
• Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic
• Complete comprehensive client goals and documentation required for insurance reimbursement and client review
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care
• Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in the field
