Maintain current knowledge of IR, Neuro IR, and Cardiac trends and best practices, including radiation safety standards, to enhance clinical competence.

Provide leadership by establishing priorities, coordinating patient flow, and guiding nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Provide quality nursing care to the patients in the Radiology Procedural Area.

Clinical Procedural Nurse 3, is an experienced Registered Nurse, who, independently is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of assigned patients.

Involved with service line metrics, action plans, and growth.

Mostly direct patient facing with periodic non-patient facing responsibilities such as making of nursing/tech assignments, giving day-required directions, ensures the nursing/tech process by other team members is aligned, and works with the Tech Lead to manage resources.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of recent acute care nursing experience, specifically in procedural or critical care settings. Required certifications include California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS upon hire.
