Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations in accordance with established protocols, producing high-quality images that support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and exceptional service throughout the imaging experience. Transport and position patients appropriately, prepare examination rooms, and maintain an efficient patient workflow. Review radiographic images for technical quality and accuracy, ensuring optimal diagnostic results. Inspect and maintain imaging equipment, supplies, and accessories; ensure radiography rooms are properly stocked and operational. Adhere to departmental and organizational policies, procedures, quality assurance standards, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Participate in Continuous Improvement Team (CIT) initiatives and other departmental quality improvement activities as needed. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support outstanding patient care and operational excellence. Stay current with advancements in imaging practices through continuing education, professional development opportunities, literature review, workshops, and in-service training. Attend departmental, organizational, and educational meetings as required. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
