More Than a Physical Therapy Job Healthcare is changing.

Patients are paying more out of pocket than ever before. Many simply cannot afford the cost of therapy within large health systems, leaving them without the care they need.

At New Life Physical Therapy, we believe quality musculoskeletal care should be accessible, affordable, and centered around people—not bureaucracy.

For more than 20 years, we've been helping our communities move better, feel better, and live better by providing exceptional care with transparent pricing, flexible care options, and a commitment to treating every patient like family.

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to do more than treat patients.

We're looking for someone who wants to help redefine what outpatient physical therapy can be.

Recognized for Our Commitment In 2026, New Life Physical Therapy was honored with the APTA Wisconsin Private Practice Award, recognizing our commitment to innovation, patient access, and advancing the profession of physical therapy. While we're incredibly proud of this recognition, what matters most to us is the impact it represents—making exceptional care more accessible for our communities while creating an environment where therapists can grow, lead, and practice at the highest level. Practice the Way You Have Always Imagined We believe physical therapists should practice at the top of their license—not simply carry out referrals.

Our therapists are trusted as movement experts and musculoskeletal specialists. We embrace Direct Access and are actively expanding toward primary care musculoskeletal models where PTs help patients access the right care sooner while avoiding unnecessary imaging, medications, and procedures.

You'll have the opportunity to think critically, solve problems, educate patients, and truly change lives—not simply move patients through a schedule.

Our Mission We exist to improve the health of our communities by making exceptional physical therapy accessible to everyone.

That means

Helping patients navigate insurance Offering affordable self-pay options Creating solutions for those who otherwise could not receive care Focusing on long-term health instead of short-term symptom management

Every day we see patients who tell us, "I didn’t think I could afford physical therapy." Helping those individuals regain their quality of life is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Who We're Looking For Passionate about delivering exceptional one-on-one patient care Curious and committed to lifelong learning Comfortable practicing with clinical autonomy Collaborative, humble, and team-oriented Motivated to build lasting relationships with patients Excited about helping shape the future of physical therapy

Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, we care just as much about your character, curiosity, and growth mindset as your resume.

What You'll Do Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes Practice evidence-informed care utilizing therapeutic activities, manual therapy, exercise, education, and movement-based interventions Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers Help patients understand their condition and become active participants in recovery Contribute ideas that improve patient care and clinic operations Continue growing clinically through mentorship and professional development

We Invest in Our Therapists We know the best patient outcomes happen when therapists are supported. That's why we intentionally invest in our team through: Structured mentorship Continuing education support Clinical collaboration with experienced PTs Opportunities to develop specialty interests Leadership and career growth pathways Flexibility in a profession that is often highly scheduled A culture where questions are encouraged and ideas are welcomed

You won't simply be handed a caseload. You'll be developed as a clinician.

Qualifications

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Wisconsin PT license (or eligible) Excellent communication skills Growth mindset Passion for helping people move and live better

What We Offer

Competitive compensation and benefits Professional mentorship and clinical development Flexible scheduling No weekends or holidays Collaborative team culture Opportunities to help shape innovative musculoskeletal care models The chance to make a meaningful impact on your community every day

Help Shape the Future of Physical Therapy We're building something different.

A place where patients receive affordable, high-quality care.

A place where therapists are trusted as experts.

A place where growth is intentional.

If you're looking for more than just your next job—and want to be part of the future of physical therapy—we'd love to meet you.
