Salary Range
$515,000 - $619,000 Sign-on Bonus: up to $200,000 Residency Stipend: Up to $60,000 Location: Cooperstown, NY Job Description & Responsibilities Join an established group of 6 MD’s and 7 Advanced Practice Clinicians 180 Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians Full Support Staff including APC’s with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital with APC’s taking 1st Inpatient Call State of the Art OR’s with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons MD, DO or MBBS BC/BE in Urology Completion of an accredited USA Urology Residency New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain) BLS certification required Strong teamwork, patient-centered approach, and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary academic setting. Salary Range
$515,000 - $619,000 with significant incentive potential. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Sign-on Bonus: up to $200,000 Residency Stipend: up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
