Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Produces high quality images in a safe and efficient manner. Completes required exams; sends studies to reading station for radiologist review, completes all associated documentation. Performs complex diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Assist in performing various duties as assigned.
Required: Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program Licensure/Certification: AMRIT and/or ARRT (R) and documentation of MRI training. Must obtain MRI Registry within 1 year of hire. BLS State license if required Preferred: Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree Experience: 1-3 years Licensure/Certification: ARRT (MR)
Requires graduation from an accredited Imaging Program and current BLS certification. Candidates must hold AMRIT or ARRT (R) certification and obtain MRI registry status within one year of hire.
