Position

Westerville area Compensation

HPC (Homemaker/Personal
Care): $17.00 – $17.50 per hour

Schedule

Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Schedule — awake shifts

Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (6 hours)
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8 hours)

Additional PRN hours may be available for team members who want them.

Requirements

Medication Administration Certification (Med Cert 1) — must have a current Med Cert number and be able to pass meds
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Completion of the initial DODD 8-hour Direct Support Professional training
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Clean background check
Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs
Continued Education: Completion of state-mandated DODD 8-hour annual training and re-certification
