Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting blood from outpatients and inpatients following established procedures and protocols.
• Responsible for the appropriate record completion.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent. Completion of phlebotomy course preferred. Certification as Phlebotomist is preferred.
