You know HRT, you understand the complexity of perimenopause, and you’ve spent years earning the clinical instincts it takes to actually get this right. THE ROLE You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day. It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it.
