As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to help strengthen our clinical team and support our commitment to excellence.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide clinical oversight and nursing expertise to ensure clients receive safe, high-quality care in accordance with Virginia regulations and agency policies. The RN will conduct assessments, develop and review care plans, educate caregivers, and serve as a clinical resource while supporting the agency's continued growth and regulatory compliance.
Active, unrestricted Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Preferred
Home Health experience. Hospice experience. Home Care or Community Health experience. Supervisory or leadership experience. Knowledge of Virginia Home Care regulations. Skills

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist clients as necessary. Ability to travel to client homes throughout the service area. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
