Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice). Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care. About Compensation: $80K-99K + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$13k per year, average 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs!
