Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in alignment with evidence-based clinical guidelines Develop and manage individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and provide patient education on medication management Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Requirements
