The Medical Records Coordinator manages the Point Click Care electronic health records system to ensure accuracy from admission through discharge. They are also responsible for maintaining compliance and protecting sensitive resident data from unauthorized access or damage.

Therefore, we need you to: Ensure that active and inactive Point Click Care electronic health records accurately reflect the resident’s condition from admission through discharge.

Ensure compliance of Point Click Care electronic health records.

Protect Point Click Care electronic health records from breaches of confidentiality, unauthorized use, theft, and damage.

Computer proficiency required. Previous medical records or other relevant healthcare experience. Point Click Care experience preferred. Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and computer proficiency. Previous experience in medical records or a relevant healthcare setting is required, with preference given to those familiar with Point Click Care.
