The Role

In this role, you will provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team.

Services may include

personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. *Services provided are non-medical*

Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired)
Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability-related experience
Proof of a negative TB test is required in accordance with Regional Center regulations (requirements may vary by location). If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates.

Requirements

Candidates must possess CPR and First Aid certification and provide proof of a negative TB test. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to travel to different client locations.
