Clinical Operations Intern
You will support Clinical Trial Management Associates and Clinical Research Associates by managing trial documentation and maintaining the Trial Master File. Additionally, you will perform data entry, maintain operational trackers, and prepare reports to support clinical trial updates.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to keep trial operations running smoothly.
Documentation Management: Track trial documentation, conduct Trial Master File (TMF) activities (uploading, indexing, and quality verification), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
System & Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain critical trial data across internal systems and maintain operational trackers.
Prepare operational reports and presentation materials to support clinical trial updates.
Monitoring
Support: Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs/monitors) with daily administrative and operational duties.
Candidate
Profile
Education: Active student status required, preferably pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, or related Life Sciences fields.
Technical
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, and a practical understanding of AI tools.
Language
Proficiency: Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for effective everyday communication.
Soft
