The Physical Therapist will provide a holistic approach to resident care, implementing personalized care plans that address physical, spiritual, and clinical needs. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to support residents across various specialty programs without the need for travel.

Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.
