This position assists in the training of students and technologists in Mammography. The Technologist maintains optimum timeliness, accuracy, proficiency, efficiency, and safety during the execution of duties, and works closely with patients to ensure they have an understanding of procedures and are comfortable.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE (Ask Talent Acquisition Advisor if eligible for Sign-on Bonus) Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p or 8a-4:30p One weekend a month for Screening mammograms is a rotational basis Assume responsibility for self-development and keep current on the latest technology/techniques. Clean, maintain, and restock examination and inventory rooms. Collaborate on patient medical issues with the physician to determine protocol and procedure. Complete all mammography, bone density, breast ultrasound exams, and procedures; identify optimal images, evaluate and submit for physician review, according to policy and protocol. Confirm patient identify and obtain and records patient identification; review and update patient documentation in EMR/PACS. Practice established safety and quality guidelines (MASA/ARC), and utilize ALARA radiation reduction tools and techniques.
