With Always Best Care, you are only required to attend one paid orientation in the office. After that, you will travel directly to the clients home and/or the facility. Training sessions are virtual, and checks will be automatically deposited every two weeks. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishwashing
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Communicate and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
- Maintain clients' safety and well-being at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Attend required training and meetings as specified by the company
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a PCA or CNA
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job
- Negative TB test
- Pass criminal background, drug test and reference checks
- Cell phone with texting and internet capabilities
