- Compensation: Starting at $16.98/hour, rate will increase based on experience and certification

4% matching retirement plan 15% PRN Differential Employee Assistance Program What You’ll Do As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring smooth patient flow. Responsibilities include: Greeting and rooming patients, collecting vitals and chief complaints Assisting with treatments, procedures, and medications (including injections) Managing administrative tasks: scheduling, calls, prescriptions, and follow-ups Maintaining accurate records and test results Ensuring a clean, stocked, and safe clinic environment Supporting provider efficiency and patient satisfaction Attending trainings and meetings as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For Skills & Abilities: Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt quickly Team-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Prior medical experience or training preferred CPR certification Proficiency with computers and EMR systems
