Market context

Minnesota on-call PT roles stay selective

In Minnesota, on-call Physical Therapist roles are typically driven by ongoing patient care needs in hospitals, rehab settings, and outpatient clinics, with pediatric experience often giving candidates an edge. These positions can be competitive because employers usually want a licensed therapist who can step in quickly, hold BLS certification, and adapt to variable schedules. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your Minnesota licensure, BLS status, and any pediatric experience before applying.
