Weekend Social Worker/ Admissions What You'll Do: As a Social Worker, you will advocate for the well-being of our residents and ensure their holistic needs are met. Your work will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents. What You'll Bring: Qualifications of a Social Worker include: Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program Current licensure or certification as a Social Worker in the state of employment Previous experience in Long-Term Care, geriatrics, or a related field Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to person-centered care
