As a Medication Technician on our Personal Care (PC) unit, you’ll play a key role in supporting our residents’ well-being. You’ll safely prepare and administer medications and provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), all while following each resident’s personalized care plan. Your responsibilities will include:
Support
Health &
Wellness: Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compassion in every interaction.
Stay on
Track: Record all medication administration and treatments using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with attention to detail and compliance.
Follow the
Rules: Meet all regulatory requirements set by the PA Department of Human Services, including timely completion of medication administration training and renewals.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and hold a valid Pennsylvania Medication Technician certification. At least one year of hands-on experience as a Personal Care Aide or Medication Technician is preferred.
