Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! We are currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN team members.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Current Speech-Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered if applicable). Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
