Minimum Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) or equivalent specialty certification.
Experience working in a high-volume urban hospital emergency department.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in acute care settings.
Strong background in trauma nursing and critical care interventions.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an emergency or acute care setting.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Florida RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications, with an ADN or BSN degree. At least two years of clinical nursing experience in an emergency or acute care setting is preferred.
