What you'll do
As a Dental Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our clinical team by
- Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Assisting the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Taking digital radiographs and maintaining accurate clinical records
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments are properly sterilized
- Educating patients on post-operative care and oral health
- Maintaining OSHA and infection control standards
- Working closely with the entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- What we're looking for
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Current Washington State Dental Assistant registration
- X-ray certification (or ability to obtain if required)
- CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for providing outstanding patient care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
