CT Technologist -CT Scan - Full time - Second Shift
The CT Technologist performs computed tomography procedures and related techniques to produce sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation. They also assist with interventional procedures while ensuring patient safety and maintaining accurate medical records.

A Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist performs computed tomography procedures and related techniques, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for the interpretation by, or at the request of, a licensed practitioner and assists with interventional procedures. The CT Technologist performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission, Philosophy and Code of Conduct of Elliot Health System.
Practices within the scope of practice of the computed tomography technologist as outlined by the American Society of Radiologic Technologist (ASRT)
Performs venipuncture
Prepares and positions patient for CT procedures according to the CT procedure manual.
Provides radiation protection to patient, staff, and self-according to prescribed safety standards
Records patient history, unusual conditions/limitations, and other information such as; exam time, room number, and technique
$15,000 sign on bonus eligible
30-10p, and every other weekend 7p-3a.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology. Possession of ARRT (CT) certification is required, though ARRT-eligible candidates may be considered if they obtain certification within 12 months.
