Key responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist.
Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate patients and their families on exercises, equipment use, and injury prevention techniques.
Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
This position is based in a clinical setting in Concord, CA. The role may require standing for extended periods, assisting patients with mobility, and occasional lifting of equipment or patients as needed.
