We’re Looking for You As a Nurse Practitioner at Arete, you own the clinical experience by assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with a functional medicine, longevity-first mindset.
You bring genuine passion for hormone therapy, peptide therapy, ozone therapy, and stem cell therapy, and you’re just as energized by recovery modalities like IV therapy, red light, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric oxygen.
You’ll report to Sande Kirkland, COO, with day-to-day clinic support and overall direction from our Co-Founders, Adam Bobo and Van Hunt.

What You’ll Do Assess, diagnose, and treat clients using a functional medicine, longevity-first approach.
Build personalized plans across hormone optimization, peptide therapy, ozone therapy, stem cell therapy, and IV protocols.
Perform orthopedic and regenerative injections as part of pain management and recovery care.
Interpret labs and diagnostics guide treatment decisions.
Educate clients on results, treatment options, and modalities like red light, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Monitor progress and adjust care plans to keep clients on track toward their goals.
Partner with the care team of the Longevity Guide (patient coordinator) and RN’s to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.
Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
What You Have Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner licensure and DEA registration.
Direct experience with hormone health and interpreting & treatment planning off of lab work Functional medicine background preferred.
Experience with orthopedic injections and pain management preferred.
Genuine passion for longevity and functional medicine Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; proficient in phlebotomy.
Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with clients.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Committed to staying current on emerging longevity science and best practices.
