Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals Provide direct therapy services to patients across a variety of diagnoses and age groups Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and families to support patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in patient care meetings, staff training, and continuing education opportunities
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Active or eligible North Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Experience with AAC, dysphagia, articulation, language disorders, or related areas is a plus Strong clinical assessment and evidence-based treatment planning skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care About Us: Therapy World LLC is a dedicated therapy services provider based in Statesville, NC, committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care to every patient we serve.
