RN-Pediatrics
The RN will assess and monitor pediatric patient needs while developing and implementing individualized care plans within an interdisciplinary team. They are also responsible for coordinating discharge planning, maintaining safety standards, and cross-training across multiple hospital units.

Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred. Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in Iowa or a compact state and possess inpatient pediatrics experience. An Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, alongside certifications in CPR, PALS, and NRP.
